Charlie Kershaw

Charlie Kershaw is a Partner at Dore Partnership in the New York office, where he leads the Private Equity practice group. Charlie focuses on hiring investors, operating partners, capital raisers and for senior leadership positions for investment firms and their portfolio companies. Previously, he was a Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, responsible for running the Alternative Investment practice in Europe. He began his career as an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse. He holds a degree in Finance from Manchester University in the UK and the Leonard N. Stern School of Business in New York.
