Charles Dore

Charlie is the CEO and Co-Managing Partner of Dore Partnership, based in New York. Charlie co-founded the firm in London in 1997, opening the Hong Kong and New York offices in 2004 respectively, and relocated with his family to New York in 2007. Charlie began his search career in 1994 and his professional focus since then has been hiring impactful executives for clients across the investment industry and building a private partnership executive search firm that its stakeholders take pride in. Charlie earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK in 1994. He is certified in Hogan leadership assessment.
