Sophie Wright is a Consultant at Dore Partnership, operating across Private Capital, Asset Owner and Alternative clients focusing on investors, operating partners, and senior leadership positions for investment firms and their portfolio companies. In addition to this, Sophie leads our global coverage of ESG and Transition Investing. Prior to joining Dore Partnership in 2020, Sophie spent five years as a Consultant at Hogarth Davies Lloyd in London and New York focusing on Alternative Investment clients. She holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Northumbria University.

Crawford is a Consultant at Dore Partnership, based in the New York office. She is responsible for executing searches across a broad range of investment management client firms. Prior to joining Dore Partnership she was a Private Banker at J.P. Morgan and began her career in Institutional Equity Sales at Citigroup. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.

Arthur is a Partner at Dore Partnership, based in the London office. He is responsible for working closely with clients in the delivery of senior investment, distribution and leadership searches across a broad array of products and geographies. Prior to joining Dore Partnership, he was a Partner and Head of the Asset Management Practice at Hutton Consulting in London. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology with Thai Language and Literature from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Arthur is also trained in conducting the Hogan personality and leadership assessment.
