Andrew Fein

Andrew Fein is a Partner with Dore Partnership based in New York where he leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice in North America. Andrew serves a broad array of clients, including investment management firms, private equity firms, hedge funds, REITs, family offices, owner/developers, and institutional investors.  His focus is on C-Suite and Board roles, as well as other leadership positions, and specialist real estate roles.

Prior to joining Dore Partnership, Andrew was a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles where he was a member of the Financial Services Practice, specializing in Real Estate.

He holds a bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
