Charlie Kershaw

Charlie Kershaw is a Co-Managing Partner at Dore Partnership, based in the New York office. Charlie represents firms on searches for C-Suite and investment leadership positions across the investment management industry, with a primary focus on Private Equity and Credit managers. Previously, he was a Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was lastly responsible for running the Alternative Investment practice in Europe. He began his career at Credit Suisse. Charlie holds a degree in Finance from Manchester University in the UK and the Leonard N. Stern School of Business in New York.
