Jake Burdock

Jake is a Principal at Dore Partnership and is based in the New York Office. His focus has primarily been recruiting Technology, Quant and Trading related roles within Financial Services. He has executed global searches in Trading, Infrastructure, Software Development, Quant Development/Research, Data, Security, Operational Risk, Sales & Partnerships within some of the world’s leading Hedge Funds and FinTech firms. He has also placed industry leading CIOs/CTOs, CISOs & COOs for Buy-Side clients. Prior to entering Executive Search, Jake worked at Bridgewater Associates supporting the recruiting efforts for Front Office and Technology related searches. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from Wake Forest University.
