CEO & Board

Arthur is a Partner at Dore Partnership, based in the London office. He is responsible for working closely with clients in the delivery of senior investment, distribution and leadership searches across a broad array of products and geographies. Prior to joining Dore Partnership, he was a Partner and Head of the Asset Management Practice at Hutton Consulting in London.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology with Thai Language and Literature from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Arthur is also trained in conducting the Hogan personality and leadership assessment.

Charlie is the founder and CEO of Dore Partnership, based in New York. He originally founded the firm in London in 1997, opening the Hong Kong and New York offices in 2004 respectively, and relocating with his family to New York in 2007. Charlie has spent his career advising companies on succession planning, retained executive search at senior practitioner, C-suite & Board levels, and transformation management across industries and functions. Charlie earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK and is certified in Hogan leadership assessment.

Richard is a Partner at Dore Partnership, operating out of New York and London. He is responsible for leading global searches in the delivery of leadership and senior investment professionals for the investment management industry. Prior to joining Dore Partnership in 2015, Richard spent five years as a Consultant at Hutton Consulting having commenced his career at Sheffield Haworth and Huxley Associates. Before his career in executive search, Richard was an international-standard swimmer in the UK and America. He holds a Bachelors in Geography from Loughborough University and a Masters in Social Policy from the University of Virginia.

Sarah Stafford is a Consultant at Dore Partnership, based in the London office and responsible for Real Estate in Europe. Sarah partners with a variety of client organisations including investment managers, public companies, sovereign wealth funds, private families, private equity firms and advisors.  She is focused on senior leadership search as well as board and leadership advisory assignments, including CEO succession.  She has worked for clients in the UK, Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East.  Prior to joining Dore Partnership, Sarah was a Consultant at Spencer Stuart focused on real estate, and a member of the financial services practice.  She holds a Bachelors in Business Economics from Durham University.
