Prior to joining Dore Partnership, he worked as a Project Manager at Guidepoint. Mark received a Bachelors in Economics and Psychology from Colgate University.

He has also placed industry leading CIOs/CTOs, CISOs & COOs for Buy-Side clients. Prior to entering Executive Search, Jake worked at Bridgewater Associates supporting the recruiting efforts for Front Office and Technology related searches. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from Wake Forest University.
