Charlie focuses on hiring investors, operating partners, capital raisers and for senior leadership positions for investment firms and their portfolio companies. Previously, he was a Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, responsible for running the Alternative Investment practice in Europe. He began his career as an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse. He holds a degree in Finance from Manchester University in the UK and the Leonard N. Stern School of Business in New York.

Arthur is a Partner at Dore Partnership, based in the London office. He is responsible for working closely with clients in the delivery of senior investment, distribution and leadership searches across a broad array of products and geographies. Prior to joining Dore Partnership, he was a Partner and Head of the Asset Management Practice at Hutton Consulting in London. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology with Thai Language and Literature from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Arthur is also trained in conducting the Hogan personality and leadership assessment.

Prior to joining Dore Partnership in 2020, Sophie spent five years as a Consultant at Hogarth Davies Lloyd in London and New York focusing on Alternative Investment clients. Prior to joining Dore Partnership, he was a Partner at a boutique executive search firm. Tom specializes in senior technology hires for Financial Services Clients as well as Private Equity Portfolio Companies across the US and Europe. Tom has advised multiple clients on technology structure and market intelligence as well as participated in a number of CIO speaking engagements. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Southampton.

Prior to entering Executive Search, Jake worked at Bridgewater Associates supporting the recruiting efforts for Front Office and Technology related searches. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from Wake Forest University.
