The Real Estate Practice advises a diverse client base of investment firms, private equity groups, sovereign wealth funds, operating businesses, and developers, both public and private, across a wide range of impactful roles.
We have successfully completed engagements for leadership roles, senior investment professionals, and teams in all parts of the capital structure, fund managers, asset management, development, finance, capital raising and investor relations. Leveraging deep industry knowledge and relationships, we also recruit C-level leadership and board members for strategically and operationally critical portfolio company roles as well as property companies globally.
We have an experienced team of professionals across each of Dore Partnership’s offices, who bring know the market talent and have a passion for the sector. Every search will include experts in the relevant sector, role, and region.
Infrastructure
The Infrastructure Practice works with founders, executive management, boards and wider investment and capital formation leadership to support each platform’s successful growth. We facilitate investment access to new sectors, strategies, and regions, deliver the in-housing of capital formation and investor relations capabilities, and the integration of ESG into investment thinking by sourcing talent most accretive to each business and function.
We partner with our clients to enhance the management of assets, from identifying c-suite executives for portfolio companies to data scientists focused on optimizing asset management efficiency.
The team has local presence and global reach combined with extensive search experience across North America, European and Asia markets.

Andrew Fein is a Partner with Dore Partnership based in New York where he leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice in North America. Andrew serves a broad array of clients, including investment management firms, private equity firms, hedge funds, REITs, family offices, owner/developers, and institutional investors. His focus is on C-Suite and Board roles, as well as other leadership positions, and specialist real estate roles.
Prior to joining Dore Partnership, Andrew was a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles where he was a member of the Financial Services Practice, specializing in Real Estate.
He holds a bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Meredith joined Dore Partnership after receiving a Bachelors in English & American Literatures from Middlebury College.

Scott is a Consultant at Dore Partnership, based in the London office. He is responsible for advising clients and executing searches across a broad range of investment management client firms. Prior to joining Dore Partnership, Scott worked at a global recruitment firm where he ran their Investment Management Practice with a focus on hiring within alternatives investment strategies. He graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Accounting and Finance.

Arthur is a Partner at Dore Partnership, based in the London office. He is responsible for working closely with clients in the delivery of senior investment, distribution and leadership searches across a broad array of products and geographies. Prior to joining Dore Partnership, he was a Partner and Head of the Asset Management Practice at Hutton Consulting in London. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology with Thai Language and Literature from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Arthur is also trained in conducting the Hogan personality and leadership assessment.
